GENERAL INFORMATION

Conference information

  • Registration will be opened from 10:00 on the 24th June 2024 at the Student Centre.

  • A welcoming function will be held in the foyer of the Student Centre on the 24th June at 18:00.

  • Sessions will run from the morning of 25th June to the afternoon of 27th June (with the BGM included).

  • Conference delegates will be provided with morning tea and lunch only.

  • The conference will be closed off officially with a formal closing dinner on the evening of the 27th.

  • The cost is of the conference dinner is R500 per person. Deadline for payment for the dinner is 30th March 2024 for those intending to attend.

The early bird special for ASAPA Members ends 14 March 2024.

Registration Information

 

Note that the registration fee covers all conference materials (pens, booklet, notepad etc), teas, lunches, and the
opening reception. Please note that registration fees do not include the conference dinner or the post-conference excursions.

Payments for registrations and conference dinner will close on the 30 March 2024 for those attending the
conference. This includes all presenters, both members and non ASAPA members. Anyone who has not paid by this date will not be permitted to participate in the conference.


More information will be made available on the conference dinner at a later stage.

National University of Lesotho

  • There are a number of shops and a cafeteria on campus where food can be purchased

  • Water from taps and stand pipes is all safe to drink but people are free to buy portable water

  • There is a clinic on campus, the main hospital within walking distance

  • There are places to purchase alcoholic drinks around campus

  • Security at the university has been made aware of our conference and they will be ready to assist
