GENERAL INFORMATION

Registration will be opened from 10:00 on the 24th June 2024 at the Student Centre.

A welcoming function will be held in the foyer of the Student Centre on the 24th of June at 18:00.

Sessions will run from the morning of 25th June to the afternoon of 27th June (with the BGM included).

Conference delegates will be provided with morning tea and lunch only.

The conference will be closed off officially with a formal closing dinner on the evening of the 27th.

The cost of the conference dinner is R500 per person. The deadline for payment for the dinner is 30 April 2024 for those intending to attend.

All conference fee payments are due 30 April 2024.
Registration Information
Note that the registration fee covers all conference materials (pens, booklet, notepad etc), teas, lunches, and the
opening reception. Please note that registration fees do not include the conference dinner or the post-conference excursions.
Payments for registrations and conference dinner will close on the 30 April 2024 for those attending the
conference. This includes all presenters, both members and non ASAPA members. Anyone who has not paid by this date will not be permitted to participate in the conference.
More information will be made available on the conference dinner at a later stage.
